TLP Won't Stop Beeping

I'm charging my 8.4v 3300 battery for the first time with the new charger, I have the switch on the back set to 110, the mah sewt to 3000 and its currently on a slow charge. But the thing wont stop beeping. Every second it makes a loud beep, this this normal? This can't be normal. The battery was fully discharged when I started charging it. The 'slow' light is lit up and the fan isnt running.

***EDIT***

Model is 4000C, all in one charger/discharger

Might help to state the make & model of the charger so other owners can tell you what is going on.

As a note, it could be your battery is already fully charged and the charger is telling you to unplug it.

For some reason I've noticed the TLP chargers when on slow/trickle charge beep every few seconds to remind you that it is on slow charge (basically you need to monitor the amount of time it's charged for as it does not shut off). Slow charge does not work like it is on fast charge where it stops the fast charge then switches to the slow/trickle and starts to beep to tell you its charged.

Perfectly normal, yet annoying.

My TLP (4000 model) does the same annoying thing... I think its the way it's ment to work. BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! :banghead:

The charger is meant for fast charging. If it starts beeping, just unplug it because the battery is fully charged.

If you wanted a slow charger you can buy a much cheaper one without the delta v peak detection.
