the handguard is replaceable with a rail kit or handguard with an integrated flashlight

It looks like the handguard has holes on the top of it. Perhaps they are strong enough to have a rail segment attached to them.

Or if you dont care and really need to have a flashlight, you could just drill a couple holes on the bottom for a rail to attach. Then use a couple washers to help spread the load on the handguard.

Do you have a link to the handguard?

Monolithic rail that attaches to the claw mount

is this the ics mx5 pro? ICS makes a railed handguard for it.

he likes that handguard tho. Ther is a claw mount that has two rails, one top and one side. Thats wht i use on my sd6 there are also some offset mounts you can use on the top rail if u have space with your optic (if u use an optic) or you could try the flashlight "strap" like they used on the m4's and c8's without rails

Im.havin issues posting pics on my phone, a quick google search of
"mp5 claw mount with side rail"
"offset flashlight mount"
will show you lots of options. The oldschool strap thing will be a lil harder to find, and is frankly quite useless hence why u dont see many of em around

I got me one of these, but I have the MP5SD6

Thank you, moz_boz. I didn't know that device existed.
