Rail customization on TM Aug question

This is real steel AUG A3, but the airsoft version of the A3 is just different.
I wanted to customize an AUG into the look of a real steel.
I wonder if anyone know if I am able to put the front part of :

with some cutting, will I be able to make it into similar rail system?
