Cutting down outerbarrel

Looking to see if anyone knows anybody in the GTA/Toronto area that cuts and re-threads outer-barrels?

Looking to cut down a 14.5" to a 10.5" since the outer barrel is proprietary.

Any information be great.

In a hurry for it? I have access to a lathe & can cut metric +/- pitch threads on it... If it's not a super hurry I could do it...
