Inner barrel for 7.5" diplomat outer barrel

Does anyone know the correct length of inner barrel for a 7.5" diplomat outer barrel? I don't want it to stick out beyond the flash hider.

If so any recommendations on a good TBB in that length?

Yeah I went with a Prometheus 6.03 185mm
