I cannot find the link to a website that has a step by step guild to upgrade a version 2/3 mechbox with a spring and bushings.

One thing regarding that guide, you dont' need to take the piston head off the way they show. Wipe off all the grease on the head and body, hold the head tight with a rag in your hand and unscrew it, do the reverse to tighten it. Works much better and is a lot easier.
