WE Glock 26C Advance - stuck slide

Hi!

My brother got this WE Glock 26C. Not sure how it happened, but the slide is stuck. Won't slide back, won't slide forward (even If I hold that pin for disassembly). The trigger is also stuck in halfway position.

Right now, I'm not sure how to disassemble it. There's still a bullet in the barrel, not sure how to take it off. It won't fire. It has to be cocked.

I'm dead end right now.
