P90 Mag release
 

I need to take this off to fix something. I've checked the manual and the diagram, but I can't figure out how to take the thing off without fear of snapping something.

You have to rotate it out... Say you've got the P90 beteen your legs, with the barrel poiting at your crotch, (make sure it's on safe =P) pull with your index fingers on the bottom part of the sides of the catch. Push in at the top part with your thumbs. That SHOULD get it out, but this is all by memory, and I haven't held a P90 in many months.

Damn, I'm having a hard time taking it out, I will try again.... any other methods?

Buy a wire mesh mask, big brown contacts and an SD6. No. Next time you go to an airsoft event pass it around the table, someone will be sure to know what to do/ somehow get it off.
