How much of it is plastic, it looks like it is a mostly metal gun but how about some details. Looks absolutely amazing.

What is that tiny pistol? How many shots does it hold?

With that much metal content it sounds like it will be one amazing looking gun, and a tough one at that, can't wait to hear how it performs.

Hey Eric, just curious, How's the magazine catch on that MP40?

I toyed with one @ a local retailer........and well the magazine catch was non existent. Kinda fucked I gotta admit.

Either way. Love your setup.

Erik I gotta say, your dedicated to the old school weapons and have really put together a nice collection.

Blastyman December 21st, 2005 21:16

You say the piston looks like a plastic spring.

Your not talking about the Bellows system are you?

Please tell me TOP still isn't using the Bellows are they?

Though I suppose thats why there are aftermarket gearboxes coming out. That must be the reason.

It is a Hitler Jugend knife.
Reproductions of that knife, or most any german fighting knife, can be bought a several of the larger reenactor suppliers, which happen to be in the states. Don't know if there would be any issues with canada customs seizing it or not, presumably not but I have never tried to import knives and such.

However, there is a store in Canada that carries that knife, and others. http://www.militarytour.com/
The website is kind of hard to navigate so try the search option, he also lists repro stuff on ebay as jessie4 but doesn't have anything listed right now.
