TM hk416D hot wires
 

hi guys,
iv just received my new TM hk416D recoil aeg, i noticed while having a play that the battery and wires were getting hot. i fired about 10 shots on semi and a few bursts on full auto then noticed the wires heating up. didnt want to take it to my next game day before checking this is ok and how hot can they get and still be ok? gun specs below

TM HK416D recoil
recoil ultimate lonex gear set
new spring not sure what but fires at 340 fps
Prometheus 6.03 inner barrel
Prometheus bucking and flat hop
nuprol 7.4v 1450mah 30c battery rear wired
standard motor that came with gun

Stock TM wires are cheap. Cheap wires cause greater resistance and heat up. Don't melt the insulation and you'll be fine.
