Airsoft PKM
 

anyone has an idea on how to build up a PKM ?? I have never see anything of this genre on internet but I guess anything's possible... :innocent:

We can only wish, I believe there is one though, the trapper industries kit PKM kit. But it will cost you an arm and a leg to acquire.

A PKM is just an AK47 with a longer barrel, drum mag and a bipod, nothing too fancy

Anyways, nice conversion there, but I'd rather have a RPK since it'd be easier to make, looks better IMO and could hold a massive battery in the club foot stock....

Where would you put the battery in the PKM anyways? Also the barrel and gas brake are in an over/under configuration, rather than the standard under/over AK configuration. Wouldn't that be hard to re organize the mechbox and hop up?

I posted pics of custom made PKM in russian gear section somewhere. Guys who made it used R/S dewat and V2 mechbox. From what I've seen around their board that guy does custom jobs but something like PKM will cost around $2000-2500 USD before shipping from Europe. Gun itself goes for around $1500USD plus and another 1K or so for his labor.
They also converted deactivated Mosin Nagant BA rifle to gas and RPK74M into AEG.
