tm glock is having a lil' trouble..

my buddy has a TM glock 18c ...now i don't know if it's the power delivery... or something more serious.. but the gun skips. Basically it shoots 10-15shots then it acts as if were jammed .. (irregular blowback) but it's never jammed.. and the batteries are brand-fuckin-new.. has anyone ever had this problem? or is this glock just defective?

Is this an AEP, or EBB? If EBB, hang it on a wall and tell him to buy something that works instead of crap.
If you dont believe me, check all the threads on EBB guns.

it's an EBB, unfortunately... but crap or not, i'd still like to fix it.

Greylocks, he didn't inquite as to the quality of the gun. He asked how to fix it. Lay off.

Anyways, I had a problem with my M9 EBB I had years ago.. the connections to the motor were kind of shoddy and they would kind of seperate every so often. You should just make sure all of the connections inside are well connected (motor, batteries ect ect) is the ammount of shots between "jams" a regular interval or is it random.

Good luck.

lay off? i didn't know i was being an asshole.. i know it's a p.o.s :P you guys are reading me the wrong way :?

anyway.. there are no regular intrevals.. it's just random. say i put a new mag in after firing a completely normal set.. i'll fire 4 rounds *doublekick* then nothing.. and it looks like that little field stripping slide on the rear of the slide is jammed. :| hmm i'm gonna check the motor... but i think this project was doomed from the get go. thanks for the info btw.

He was saying lay off to Greylocks, not you. Check the connections as Penguin suggested, also, check for possible worn or stripped gears somewhere inside, that could be causing it as well, though I would think with irregularity in the problem it's probably not a gear issue.

Penguin February 27th, 2006 18:07

I was telling greylocks to lay off as he was not helping the situation. Not you.

(edit, gandar is too fast for words.)

my bad, i read wrong. i fixed it though.. seems like the "safety" (on switch)wasn't completing the circuit.... >_O must've been because of constant dropage? OR shittiness of ebbs :P
