Red Dawn game!!!
 

I got a game comeing up in a few mouths its based on the moive "Red Dawn" wich I have seen.

In the mid 80's did russian troops have Bekas? Also, what do you think would be a good out fit for me in this OP?

Thats me in the tiger bekas. Would that out fit be good for some thing like a soviet 80's type thing?

No tigers at that time. Soviets did have something similar to bekas but I only seen khaki, od or berezka pattern. Like I said, style of the uniform is somewhat similar, but not exactly bekas.
Here's a pic of 1987 dated stuff. Jacket has 4 pockets on the front. Pants have only 2 pockets, as opposed to bekas which has 4 pockets.

That jacket will probably do. Unifrom from that pic I posted is pretty hard to find, plus it's not cheap these days. One you found looks close enough, plus it's cheap.

The game is in January next year so that means I will have the time to do put it all togther(SP?).

For sure. It shouldn't take you more than a month, maybe two to get everything together if you got enough cash.
