Corporal Helmet Insignia Help
 

Hi all.

I've searched, but for the life of me, I can't seem to find the proper helmet paint for the back of a 506th M1 helmet, for the rank of corporal.

Can anyone tell me?

Isn't it just white metal paint?

I'm not even sure if they're considered an NCO. don't think they ever really were. it's was a stepping stone rank.
I know that they were generally the second in command of a squad inside of a section, but I don't think they got anything.
