Is a PDI 150 longer than a PDI 120?

not sure how long the 150 is supposed to be, but i know that there are some bum springs out that are PDI 150 and can be as much as 2" too long...

i thought they were all the same length? lol
im no spring expert but i think its all in the pitch and hardness
