Help purchasing first gun?

Hey guys, I'm in the process of purchasing my very first Airsoft gun and was looking for some guidance. I've tried looking at a few Canadian retailers websites but I couldn't find that many that had everything I liked, so maybe you guys could help suggest a few for me?

I have about $350-400 to spend, I really want to get something nice, durable and powerful.

I'm looking for:
- A pistol
- 300-400+ fps
- Full metal (Or mostly, as long as their's no plastic)
- Blow-back, I don't know if that's the right term but I'd like the top slide to move with every shot
- This is more of a preference, but I really like the look of Berettas and Desert Eagles
- Gas powered, I'm assuming these are the best?

If anyone has a website or something I could browse that'd be great, I'm having a hard time finding Canadian websites with airsoft gun sales.

Thanks in advance for any reply.

well USP's are good little guns and the mags are amazing on gas. only thing is that the slide is ABS metals slide can be cheap.

but a good idea is to look at the Canadian retailers tab at the top and take a look there or if your 18 (witch i hope) get age verified and buy used you can get some nice package deals if you look around the b/s section.

Best deals are on the ASC Classifieds, just gotta be 18 and be able to prove it in person with a local Age Rep. All this and more in the FAQ a lil lower down the forums.

Thanks for the quick reply, I checked all of the retailers at the top already but the problem was most of them are for Airsoft parts/accessories and not actual guns, I do however have some interest in the 007 websites selection.

Besides the 007 website and A&A do any of those others sell actual guns?
I noticed a lot of sites don't list the FPS or details such as whether they are full metal and have blow-back slides.

And yes I am 18, and since I live close to Toronto I don't think it will be hard to get age verified either :)

I've been looking at these:
Tokyo Marui Beretta M92F Military
KJW Beretta M9 Silver (Full Metal) -- Hovering on this one the most
KJW H&K P8 (USP)

I'm just wondering how to tell what their FPS is, whether they have blowback and what "Hop up" means? I can find some of the information by googling but not all of it. I'm also wondering how to tell if the supplies like bbs and canisters are easily accesible locally?

I keep looking at this one but I've already got a TM Desert Eagle coming from 007 so maybe another time.

AA and 007 are pretty much whats it for GBB's really. but i would highly recommend getting verified because there are some great deals on GBB's right now that i don't think you would want to pass up and thats all I'm going to say
