www.buyairsoft.ca......

is it just me or are these guys always out of stock for just about every thing, it has said eta 30 days for a couple months now. I am looking to buy either a clone as a start or the Tokyo Marui H&K G3 SG/1, im no stranger to guns though , so i dont think ill need to start small air soft wise , other then the internal parts which shouldnt be too hard to master. any ways any one know when they might get some mid grade AEG's in stock?

philstructo July 17th, 2007 05:22

well uhh they wont get any for a while since customs got them

AKAMrWraith July 17th, 2007 05:28

So they were importing the guns ilegaly ? i thought it was legal to import air soft

philstructo July 17th, 2007 05:41

well I dont know a whole lot about that kinda stuff.
but I heard that they did not have the proper lisence for importing airsoft guns as they were only a pintball store.

AKAMrWraith July 17th, 2007 05:53

Well that was brilliant of em , hope they get back in the bizz though.

For the time being I dont think it looks good for them, but if your interest in other options theres always other online canadian retailers, and through ASC forums itself if you can get yourself age verified we do have buy/sell forums on here where you can get yourself something nice.

They haven't been answering emails for weeks, I think it's safe to say when their domain expires, POOF! Gone.

They got rapped by the CBSA, and said that they might get back in the game in a few months. If you want to start buying guns for less, get age verified and buy from the classifieds.

They recently added a new "pellet guns" section coming soon.
Maybe because they have problem importing airsoft they will sell pellet guns for the time being.

Read through the FAQ's, spend a good hour or so. Dig through the forums too. If you're about to drop $400-500 on something, look into it thoroughly first.

Nope. Airsoft guns cannot be legally imported into Canada without a special license, which is granted (at a cost of a few thousand dollars and a nightmare worth of paperwork) to people who supply airsoft guns specifically to be used as props in the TV/movie industry. They got caught selling them to private citizens and got their pee-pee slapped by Canada Border Services Agency.

How does 007airsoft stay out of trouble then? Surely Ken is servicing roughly the same amount of people that buyairsoft did.
