3300mAh or 1500mAh?

with the choice, which one holds more? i'm guessing its the 3300mAh, but i just want to make sure

Higher number would be the correct, it will have lnger life and punch out a bit more strength.

CDN_Stalker September 5th, 2007 21:37

Get the highest mAh you can fit in your gun. Higher rate of fire, higher ability to run upgrades well, and longer game life.

thanks, i'm thinking of buying this puppy: http://cgi.ebay.com/G-P-AN-PEQ-2-RIS...QQcmdZViewItem
however, i'm just wondering if i will have to mod my gun for the battery to plug in... or are all the connectors universal?

LUTNIT September 5th, 2007 23:16

Connectors are NOT universal. That PEQ has a female mini tamiya. If you're using this on an M4 then its fine as every M4 I've ever seen has a male mini tamiya in the handguard. There are dozens of connector types out there but the most common in airsoft are mini tamiya, large tamiya, and the best choice deans connectors.

ok, thanks, i do have an M4, but just in case it doesnt have the right connector, is there an easy way of modding it so that it will work?

Chop, solder, done.

You sure you want a 10.8V battery? If your gun is stock, that battery will eat your motor/internals for breakfast.

ILLusion September 6th, 2007 03:07

... and for lunch and dinner, too.

CDN_Stalker September 6th, 2007 08:59

And a couple midnight snacks.

LeGROS September 6th, 2007 09:46

Yes the voltage is to hight for your M4!! Should get a 8,4v

Spirit September 6th, 2007 16:36

i'm also buying a new motor and spring, any suggestions on what kind of motor to get?

ILLusion September 6th, 2007 16:48

if you want just a slight boost in rpm and torque, then just get an eagle force 1300L.

If you don't want a boost, but just want a quality motor, then get the 1100L.

If you're looking for extreme performance at one end of the spectrum, get the Systema Magnum for high torque applications or the Systema Turbo for high ROF applications.

Did you not just hear what we said?

yes i heard what you said, hence why i'm buying a new motor, so as to not burn out the stock motor, get a motor that will not burn out with a 10.8v battery
