Yup, the HK33 has a little switch near the trigger to allow you to turn off the power from the battery if you want to use the spring alone.

yeah like the KWA G33 whatever model... the spring is apparently for when you run out of battery power. (gay) I mean, thats why you bring either a backup or extra batts
