Importing Poseidon Kits into Canada

Hi All, I'm new here, so forgive my lack of knowledge (and forum etiquette).

I'm looking to buy a Poseidon kit (I'd like to get my hands on the MN-23 conversion or a Seburo C-X). Are these still available anywhere, and can I even get them past Canada customs? I would hate to spend a huge amount of money on a kit, only to have it confiscated.

Any help would be great!

No to both.

Won't pass custom and sold out a long long time ago.

Are you sure it'll be confiscated? It clearly doesn't resemble any real gun.

Well not 100 percent sure, but I had to special order my pulse rifle kit cause it has a metal recevier.

Tho finding one it dam near impossible anyways.

The kits in question here are all really crappy plastic though, shouldn't be a problem. They are mainly meant for display pieces, not for actually playing games, they aren't near as durable as any normal AEG's on the market.

The definition of replica firearm is kinda vague on the subject. That being said, the CBSA would have to some what bend the definition to including fictional firearms. As with most things involving CBSA, it depends on who checks your package. If they choose to seize it, you've got a fairly solid appeal position due to the fact it doesn't resemble any real firearm.

Thanks for the info everyone.

I guess this whole thing is a moot point if they're no longer available :(
