Where can i find these pouches?
 

Where can i find different kinds of pouches that connect with velcro/button system to the vest?

All i find come with MOLLE or similiar, cant find any for most SWAT type vests! Is there some fancy name for this kind of system?

You won't find those anymore, most places are going to MOLLE because, well... it's better.

Ive got few meters of velcro tape, i could turn molle pouches into those with few buttons. Could get quite tricky tho.

They sell vest systems with all the pouches you'll need, and the price is right.

They'll fall off just like the snap system pouches used to. They don't fasten securely to the vest, which is why they stopped making them.

If you -REALLY- want these pouches, just look up "Modular Snap Pouches" on google and you might find some.

Hmm. Expensive pouches, full pouch set would be around 200-300$

For this i can get new vest with molle system, but there doesnt seem to be any with the same feeling and looks as these snap button ones :(

i checkd LA police gear, they dont seem to have any.

They were phased out around 2000-2005 from what I remember reading...

My full pouch set is 200-300$ on all my molle vests, The vest itself ranges from 120-200$ :p lol
Real stuff is expensive, but I've tried some of the fake stuff and its worth the extra money to buy real molle. Pantac makes good fake gear though. But remember, you only have to buy it once! ;)
