need help with Surefire G2& red filter FM 35
 

hey guys

so I bought a FM 35 filter for my surefire
it doesn't fit well, and there is a plastic inner inside the filter
so I am just wondering if I need to take that inner out in order to make it fit properly.

when you say it doesnt fit well...you lifted up that tension switch and latched it back down after the filter is on the light right? i have the lens cover for my 6p and it fits perfectly...
