Airsoft Calico?

Hey does anyone know if the Calico has an airsoft counterpart? if yes who makes it?
its one of my favourite guns n its so rare n exotic! would make a nice backup!

I think you're out of luck, man. I've never seen anything like that. A Steyr AUG is probably the closest you'll get. The AUG A2 Carbine is one I've been jonesin' for, it's fairly similar, excepting that bizarre cylindrical mag.

Im not sure if there is a calico counter part, but if your interested in the lines of those cylinder magazine style weapons I believe there is a bizon out there somewhere.

MGC and Toy-tec make/made them.
But not really worth trying to track them down now.

Wow an AUG is nothing like a Calico, not to mention the AUG is a full size assault rifle, and the Calico is a small submachine gun. More of a machine pistol even.

Does anyone know if that site is active? I tried sending them an email, and that was a few weeks ago. No response.

They are still available throughout Japan as 'vintage' airsoft guns. A friend of mine on here from Japan has TWO of them. They work very well, however are very expensive as they are no longer produced!

dammit, why Canada why!!?? stupid customs laws , and i highly doubt anyone in country would have one much less be willing to part with it!
