Clone MP7 gearbox!
 

well, basically I sold my old clone mp7 to my friend with the stock 40 rd clip and a problematic 90rd clip.
The problem with the 90rd clip is that it doesn't always feed correctly... so this resulted in his dry firing of the mp7 without knowing it... this resulted in breakage of the mechbox shell.
Now he comes to me and assumes that I sold him a faulty gun, which isn't the case... however I did give him a clip that caused the damage... even though I warned him about it.
Now I'm searching, high and low for a used mechbox shell.
TM or clone, I don't really care...
Anyone out there know of a good source? Or perhaps have one laying around from another broken clone?

You would probably have to buy another clone. And a TM mechbox would cost more than the clone gun is worth.

Somoene else a while back was interested in finding a replacement mechbox as well. A quick search reveals this thread.

Post number 10 in that thread reveals some information that may help you.
Then again its dependant on where you are from, if your from Canada its gona be a little harder to find, but if you follow the info Ive provided you may find something. If you reside in the USA or abroad you can most likly purchase an even cheaper model of the clone you have now and insert it.

Okay, not sure what that is supposed to mean, why would be be hesitant to deal with me if I pay him for the item before shipping? Do I have a bad rep or something?

JAFA isn't ignoring you, he's in HK until the 31st.
