Paraclete HPC?
 

Anyone know if Paraclete Hard Plate Carriers are available in Canada? If not, would it be possible to ship from the US?

To qualify that, as long as the retailer/distributor/manufacturer is willing to sell it to a Canadian. Many will not, legalities notwithstanding.

As mcguyver said, as long as the seller is willing to ship, there will be no issues. Usually, when you don't buy the plates, there is no real issue with the material. I personnally bought mine from the US, with no problems at all.

I was in Las Vegas last week, and I stopped by a gun/tactical retailer. They would not ship to Canada at all, but I could buy whatever I wanted (as long as it wasn't an FFL-controlled item) cash 'n' carry, no questions asked.

If you could only imagine the amount of Blackhawk, Surefire, Daniel Defense, EoTech, Trijicon, etc that I saw in this little store, all for sale. But they would not ship outside CONUS.

Just look for a retailer with an export permit for and you're gold. I guess it's getting to be a bigger issue down there now.
