RIT Dye would probably be your best bet... Available at any WalMart or similar deparment stores.

Getting the colour you want might be a little harder. OD isn't very likely...

If the webbing is made of nylon RIT won't work, it doesn't dye synthetics, I don't know of anything made to dye synthetics off hand.

In that case...

Spray paint.

Krylon to be specific.

Thanks guys, but I want to wear it.I don't paint is a good option
at the moment. The gear is a pat 82'.The nylon web straps went
a bit brownish. The weird thing is,I use the amount of bleach for
my black jeans and shirts. No issues there.

Be very very careful with RIT dye when you use it, if your not careful little tiny particles of the dye itself will fly up and land all over the fucking place and you wont even notice till days later when you run your hand across a wall and it comes off green or something.

No one else have any other ideas on dyeing?.:(

You cannot dye nylon or polyester. Spraypaint can affect the fabric properties. The best thing to do is to buy new webbing strips. Vinegar and cow brand can do miracle sometime. Try it.

I guess thats that.LOL
