Might be splitting hairs but that's the "rig" thread, which I've taken to mean your vest/armour/webbing/LBE. This is the "loadout" thread which I would assume means your entire kit, BDUs/pads/rig/headgear/everything else you strap yourself up in/etc.

is it painted flek? or just a random camo... I kinda want to paint mine, but I'm worried ill mess it up and wreck it

it was painted befor bought it...woodand i think... if you hink you might mess it up, pay someone to do it...

yeah, i think thats what ima do, but not for a while, i don't mind the flat black and there are better uses for that money...at least for now

Nice loadout! Vietnamese jungles would be awesome to play airsoft in (with the exception of the possibility of unexploded ordnance or a mine maiming one of the players).
