im going for my Non-Restricted Canadian Firearms Safety Exam in a few weeks
and getting my minors license
now - according to here

(somewhere i couldnt find the exact page this time) it says you can also acquire airsoft that otherwise would be illegal
and since i WILL have my firearms license is it possible for me then to get age verified? (even though i really wouldnt be of age)

If you're not 18. You're not able to become age verified for an airsoft rifle.
However, you are verified that you are underage.

No. Age verification is an ACS forum rule that limits access to the classifieds to persons verified to be 18+yrs old. It is somewhat inline, but separate from any government firearms regulations/laws/acts/etc...

I do no believe that the FAC "says you can also acquire airsoft...", but then again I'm not going to read it to check. If you find that quote, please post the specific reference up for others.

Dude that doesnt make any sence, you have to be 18 to possess a Restricted Licence, could be province of ontario.. you can get your PAL sure, but not restricted, and seeing as your under 18 anyways, they wouldnt let you have it unless you meet the criteria.

Plus age verrification is our own rule, no acceptions.

Maybe you can speak to your local host. If you have your dad playing with you on the field than it's mostly a yes.
