Is there such a thing in airsoft (of which any of you know about) where a scam artist company will copy a certain manufacturers box art/gun detailing so much that you can't tell from a picture, but will just be a piece of crap build and quality wise when you do recieve it?

I dont know if they still exist now, but I did buy a "Western Arms" M92 from Autowings which was similarly misrespresented, total fake clone.

I'm sure if you look hard enough there are. I mean there already are china clones but I guess that doesn't answer your question.

I would love to see a ripoff of a china clone, that would be the day.

I know about clones, but they are fully representing themselves under their own name, but this does seem like a field where cheap counterfeits would be made on some companies.

What you have to worry about is websites selling a TM M4 but shipping your a JG M4 or Echo 1 M4.

actually if you go to sanfransisco or that wierd store u can find cheap ripoffs of the sig pistol series so yea possibly

That happens allot one craigslist! Or people selling JG guns for TM prices....

I remember once seeing a Kraken on craigslist for $500 and someone bought it....

Half the shit on buyairsoft is mislabelled, but otherwised no.

Only if someone is selling a JG gun inside a TM box. or something similar

also the jg ak beta thats metal theres at least 5 brands that copy that gun 2 exact box and stuff but its a total ripoff all ur getting is a metal body+ firepower gear box don't buy any ak beta thats fullmetal and blue unless the site is 100% legit
