Usually when you pull the spring down on the magazine, its supposed to click and stay down. So basically now it stopped staying down.

I dissasembled mag and took out the spring and the stopper, found out that the strength of the spring is pushing it back up so it won't lock.

Is there anything i can do to make it so it will lock? Cutting the spring ?

Why don't you just fill the mag normally like everyone else who doesn't have locks by pulling down the follower? Or use a speedloader.
