I have 6 metal-bodied AK variants, with bodies from a number of companies. The Inokatsu/RMW steel kits (although those are near impossible to find and incredibly expensive in Canada) are the best of the best; however they likely cost twice the price of the gun you want to put them on. The AK bodies by King Arms are the top of the line that I've seen as far as what's available. I haven't used any G&P AK bodies, but I have a few of their M4 bodies, as well as an AK wood kit and AK front sight block from them and the quality is very good on those. The CYMA bodies are good for the price point; better than Element for roughly the same price in my opinion. However, one of the CYMA front sight blocks I got recently was broken - there was a visible casting flaw where the "gas tube" connects to the sight block that caused the gas tube to break off completely in transit. I'd stay away from those unless you can inspect them before you buy.
