ok i can get this gun to run 8.4s np but as soon as i get too 9.6 it my be the batteries but i doubt it all i heard is a clicking sound is the battery too big for it my gun is a ca m15a4 carbine with stock every thing but a m100 spring

p.s i have 3 9.6s 2 tenergy 2000mah and one custom 2100mah

Going higher will never cause your gun to "not work".

Check the motor height. Clicking may be a sign it's too low and not catching on the bevel gear. Maybe at the lower speed with an 8.4V battery it catches but not at the higher speeds provided by a 9.6V battery.

Or maybe the 9.6s you got are junk (probably made from AA batteries)

Get a decent 9.6v pack if you want, it will solve your problems.

it must be your battery. have it checked. try charging the battery then after try it with your gun.
