WE 1911 5.1 Hi Cappa mags and externals

hey guys. just wondering if this gun, the WE 1911 5.1 Hi Cappa, will take other brands of mags and externals like slides and stuff. i know they are a very popular style of gun, but having never owned one, i need some advice.

The WE Hi Capa is 100% TM compatible. If it works on a TM, it works on the WE, mags included.

sweet man. is their anything specific about size of the mag i need to know or will any sized hicapa mag work for it?

Any TM or WE Hi Capa mag will work. I don't think any other kind will work. I personally have 4 WE mags for mine, and they all work great without any leaks or issues.

A 5.1 HiCappa can use both 5.1 and 4.3 mags, but cannot use the 3.8 mags, if that is what you're asking.

Correct. I was talking specifically 5.1 mags since that's what he said he had.
