You can probably buy an adapter but its easiest to just make your own. Buy some connectors off of ebay.

Same goes for the battery charger. Just make your own adapter. For the tamiya connector round = positive. For the Deans connector the hold it so the two soldering points are in a 'T'. The horizontal bar is the positive on this connector.

Or if you really do not want to make your own adapter. Here you go.
