Threaded barrels for TM/WE 1911 and Hi capas?

Do these exist? Since I was considering picking up a 1911 tactical or maybe a hi-capa and was curious if any company made a extended/threaded barrel for silencers. Of course this would be on a 5.1 slide, maybe a 4.3 for the hi-capa.
