Anyone know how to remove Kalash flash hiders?
 

i pulled the pin back. unscrewed it with a lever. and ended up killing about half the threads on the barrel..****

anyways, after that i noticed that there was a 24-14mm adapter stuck in the flashider and in that there is a hex pin that was there to hold the damn thing in place. again...****

now i want to put the damn thing back on but i want to remove the stupid hex pin that is on the adapter and i dont really know how to get it out....any ideas would help greatly.

PS: why the **** did they glue/loctite/ watever the adapter to the flashhider...

PS2: and stupid me...
