Can someone make a guide on how to install a RAS unit on Ak varients? Thanks in advance!

It depends, there are some RIS units that are replacements for the handguards, and others that clamp onto a mount on the receiver. It's best to have in mind exactly which product you are considering, so that it's easier to tell you what is required.

I'm looking @ the land arms m-83 @ the moment.

If you must, all you have to do is replace the upper handguard with the RIS and you're set.
