can someone please help me with my bb gun
 

hi, i'm new to this site and i need help with my bb gun...everytime i clock and shoot nothing comes out but air..the pellet doesnt come out...i have a Beretta Px4 Storm cal.117/4.5mm...i really dont know whats wrong and i misplaced the box and instructions...
