ca m203 firing problems

I just got a ca m203 with 3 king arms M381 HE VN type v3 cartridge grenade. The firing pin is too short to reach the button on the grenade to set it off.
Is there any thing I can do to extend the firing pin or the button on the grenade or am I SoL and just buy new grenades?
What grenades are compatible with ca m203s?

I found the same problem. It's cause the firing triggers on the grenades are inset rather then flush like most other grenades. I personally just sold mine and bought madbulls, which is what I should have done in the first place. But you could glue a spacer on the grenade trigger to bring it flush with the grenade base. That would likely fix the issue.

As to what grenades are compatible, ca grenades are good obviously, as are madbulls. I haven't tried any others, but I figure any that have their triggers flush rather then inset would be ok.

I thought all grenades were all the same, I guess I was wrong. Thanks for the reply.

I had thought the same. Let this be a lesson to you, stay away from King Arms. I've never had a product from them that worked the way it was supposed to or was the quality level I was expecting.

FYI the new POM grenades have a flush firing trigger as well, so they should work.

Why do they even make a recess firing trigger, all the 40mm grenades should be flush mounted triggers to save everyone the headache.
