How to get a good air seal?

I was wondering how to get a good seal in the gearbox/air nozzle/hop-up and all the connections in-between. Is there certain parts that i should use, or teflon tape, and where is the most air pressure lost? Is it in the piston/air nozzle area...or the connection between the air nozzle and hop-up unit? I'd appreciate the help.

Buy a high quality cylinder, air nozle, cylinder head and piston head, all from the same brand (i like modify parts)

Most modify parts gives best air seal. Using one brand for internals gives out best performance.

Anything with double o-ring is best, like double o-ring cylinder head.

Just make sure the o-rings are doing its job. In the pistonhead, cylinderhead, airseal nozzle and hop-up mech when it mates on the gearbox.
