Ordering from Evike

Hello guys!

I was wondering how it works. I can't select a shipping quote to Canada, so I don't figure during the checkout process how to pay for it...

Thank

Save yourself the trouble and avoide Evike like a plague.

Avoid Evike.

Much better to go to redwolf, den, UNC, War4, AirsoftGI, etc. At least they won't screw you.

What were you thinking of getting if I may ask. Any other place will have what you're looking for with much better customer service and quite possibly cheaper.

EDIT: Look on some reviews of their store on US forums. They're not even safe from getting screwed so what makes you think that they won't screw us Canadians? It seems like their business model doesn't involve repeat customers.

If I remember correctly you have to email them or pay the unshipped amount then pay again when they email you the shipping cost.
I've ordered from them in the past and had alright results. I've always received my order sooner or later, but they hardly respond to emails after you've paid. Many people have had nothing but problems dealing with them and because of that I won't order anything from them anymore. Search Evike on here and then you can decide if it's worth while.

Evike SUCKS. Nothing else to say, except maybe that there's much better stores which much better service out there.

I agree, I just had to file a claim through Paypal to get them to ship my products I bought from them.

Avoid evike like the plague, if you do decide to buy from the U.S. AirsoftGI is great!

Just ordered a AK battery tray and received it in perfect condition 1 week later. So for me they are as good as any other one :)

+100 avoid Evike.

There are many threads/horror stories about them, not only on ASC but other forums as well (i.e. American forums).

I had to get both Paypal and VISA involved before I got my money back.

Evike is evil.
Evike is bad.
Evike is wrong.
Evike is the root of all evil.
Evike has the worst ordering system and customer service in existence.
Evike gave me nightmares.
Evike is NOT the win.
Evike is NOT l33t.

Avoid...at...all...costs.

It will be less painful to just pry out your fingernails with a rusty bolt-cutter.

I placed an order through Evike ...they were going to ship it via UPS and that was a no-no for me, plus I found the items I wanted elsewhere so I knew email wouldn't do me any good so I called them and the guy cancelled my order for me :P

Unless you're picking up your order from them directly (in person) don't bother.

aww, all you guys tearing on evike... I've ordered multiple times from evike for certain products I couldn't find here from our Canadian retailers and got my orders just fine in like 2 weeks from order placement everytime. I dont know your guys' problem with them

EDIT: yeah you pay for what you bought without shipping with your paypal, (they dont take international credit cards) then they send you a shipping quota and you pay for the shipping then they send it to you (eg: item $30, + $15 shipping then they send it to you)

However I doubt its run by humans, I think its all computers running of formula programs for shipping quota's and product movement, sales etc, it doesnt seem very human at all. you'll defentantly get better service with our canadian retailers. I guess its about as nail biting as ordering something from one of those crappy ebay stores, their quick to get you money but expect to wait a few days for it to actually process and ship out, once it ships your golden though.
