BBs restricted??
 

I ordered some pouches and ksc 0.25bbs from airsoftgi a week ago and today I get a call from them saying that they can't ship the bbs because they were now a restricted item for canada. I remember last month I got some bbs from them and it made it over the border same brand different weight(0.20).

This is the first I heard of of this dose anyone know more about this?

Problem is UPS... UPS never has their shit wired straight... NEVER USE UPS....

UPS IS EVIL seriously non AS related UPS has been a nightmare for me with photo gear and I am not just talking super inflated major high brokerage

UPS is banned for me... if they don't ship US postal then I don't buy from them..

My freind is aslow having trouble with UPS at tihis time they say that they refuse to shipp his pakage to Canada at this time.

I think that they have theirs own troubles with customs right now.

Try another carrier like fedex to see if it's really restricted but i highly doubt it is.

I think UPS has a general ban on anything going to Canada that's from an airsoft store. Even if you're just buying a bag of marshmallows. If it's from airsoft blah blah blah they'll say it's restricted.

What kind of pouches? Are you sure it is the BBs that are restricted, and not the pouches under ITAR? Stranger things have happend...

For pouches I ordered a hydration carrier,2x40mm gernade pouches and a pair of goggles.
They have already shipped that to me should be here soon.

I don't think any the pouches are restricted. They just told me the bbs were and could ship it.

i totally agree with you here... NEVER USE UPS!!! they are gonna rape you with duty fees... hell last week i ordered some brass couplings a pressure gauge and a radiator hose : total 53$ us with shipping... theses fuckers found a way to charge me 43$ of duty fees! riiiiiiiiight:banghead:

I always cringe when I see the Purolator (they handle UPS for Sudbury) truck pull up. While I know that something I purchased has finally arrived I'm also hit with the realization that I'm going to be raped by brokerage.

Never had a problem with something not showing up yet though.
