ICS m4a1 hopup problem
 

i cant seem to get my hop up to turn either direction! anyone know what the problem might be?

Sometimes they are very tough, and you may need a flat-blade screwdriver or similar to do it.

your inner barrel might not be installed correctly so that the hole in the barrel is facing upwards towards the hop up, otherwise when your trying to adjust your hopup the nub is hitting a solid part of the barrel.

it's not all that hard to split the upper and pull the hopup/barrel. then see how it turns. It's probably just pinched/squeezed tight between the outer barrel/mechbox.
