I have ordered blue guns, personal purchase, from all over the place with no problems with CBSA; you don't have to limit yourself to just within Canada.

They are non firing solid blocks of rubber.. used when a weapon simulator is needed but there is no need for firing.

Holstering, Drawing, transitions , retention and disarms can all be drilled with training guns such as these. They are a very usefull tool in developing individual skill at arms
