UNcompany issue
 
i ordered a couple of RS mags for my type 56 and paid $36 for the shipping
i got an automated response after they accepted my payment and told me that they will provide a tracking info...well its been two weeks and i haven't received any info. i already sent a couple of e-mails and still no response

is uncompany that really slow or it has something to do with china's national day..lol?
i'll probably wait 1 more week and then take it to paypal

it probably is because of the national days..China has been doing alot of crackdowns so perhaps they can't get access to their emails. who knows..

I am in the EXACT same situation with UNC. Ironic how we both got our guns at the same time.

The UNC mail sorter is a bit wonky...or at least, they don't tell you how to file for refunds or order updates properly. I ordered from them a month ago and got the same confirmation email. I was then informed that my item was out of stock and they asked what they should do, so I sent them a reply. They didn't respond to the reply so I sent a further 4 emails asking for their confirmation. Again, no response. I then had to go to their website and email tech@uncompany.com to get an answer. They responded to that, but now are once again not responding.

I think if you reply to their email they won't respond, but if you shoot them a fresh one each time they will.

Try that.

Their unresponsiveness, and slow delivery times are the main reasons why I officially dropped them as one of my distributors almost a year ago.

Nowadays, I only deal with them only if I absolutely have to due to not being able to find the item anywhere else. They're in the same book as Den Trinity is.

hahahha ohh this is too good.
I said to cancel my order and give me a refund, and get a reply of "we will ship to you today". I had already placed an order on ehobby for the same items so now if they both go through I have duplicates of everything...joy.
