Looking for JG compatible accessories for dream gun

Hey guys, I recently bought a JG M4A1 which I want to spice up with some upgrades here and there. When looking for ideas, I went into my basement looking for something, when out of no where, there it was! I found a 3" long M4A1 from some action figure, who knows from how many years ago. I want to re-create this little toy, and I already have some ideas.

Above is the toy. Below is the Jing Gong. I'm sure you figured that out though.

First, I need a new rail system. I've been browsing through airsoftparts.ca for hours, looking at the same rails. I don't know what to get... pretty much for price, I'll spend maybe $120 tops. Also, do any of the rails even fit a battery in there?
If there was another site you guys knew of and you could tell me tha'd be great.
Other than that, I think I'm set for the rail covers and stuff, but if again if you knew a better place I'd appreciate it.

My last question is, does anyone know what that friggin thing on the triangle sight is?!?! I tried to figure it out, but didn't see it on any other gun. Looks cool though.

Alot of the RIS rails do not accommodate for a battery pack. I put a 12" rail on my M4 and then rewired the rifle to the rear and use a dual m4 mag pouch to house my battery. it works better for me as I can use a larger battery pack that lasts all day with ease.

Judging by the pic the rail looks like approx. 8" length or so. Haha have fun with your build. I remember those little gi joe guns

Yeah, I figured. I also though since I was probably going to build that thing on the front sight by hand, it could hold the battery somehow.

That's what I thought, 7-8" looks pretty close. And I will have fun :P! (As long as i have money, that is...)

Edit: Anyone know if this would fit?

Yes that will fit. Really any M4 airsoft rail will fit.

Nice. Much better than paying $150+ for the others. Thanks!

Scope is an acog. No idea what the thing on the front of the barrel is.

You can see the top of a standard triangle sight sticking out of the top of it. Maybe its some kind of strange leaf sight for a non-existent grenade launcher?

Maybe, it looks cool. I also have some ideas about how I could fit the battery in it, with a little rail on the bottom for the flashlight.

Also, I looked this up on Mach1, don't know how I missed it. Comes with everything I need, so I'd be saving a bit of cash.

Ill address your questions in order.

Are you talking about the little box behind the very grip? I dont think you would be albe to fit a battery in there, It looks kind of like a PEQ box, but much smaller, and in a place that doesn't make sense.

If i were you, I would rear-wire it, and put your battery in a crane stock, thats what I did.

As for the rail, If your trying to re-create that gun, I would go for something a little longer, and free-floating.

Again, these are just my opinions, Feel free to ignore them,

Ben

No, that's just a half-rail cover. I'm gonna build the triangle sight cover, and fit the battery inside. No designs yet though.

And I though it was longer too, but if you look closely it's actually smaller, with some sort of spacer behind it.

Hmm Okay,

Just so we dont have to go from that little picture, I put together roughly what i think your talking about (minus that wierd front sight thing, and i added a PEQ instead of the rail cover, just as a temporary battery location)

Does this look roughly right to you?

Well my friend, If you feel confident about your ability to fabricate the front sight... thing, Then your past the hard part. What you built for yourself is a fairly standard M4. However, I would recommend a crane stock to store you battery, As im not sure how you will fit a battery in the box thing you are building. Maybe if you did a lipo, but i wouldn't recommend that for a stock JG.

EDIT:

also, your ACOG placement is akward, You don't really need a BUIS in my opinion as the ACOG already has irons built into it.

Thanks for your help, I think I can come up with something in working condition. I might even make it a little bigger if I have to.
