check that the o rings are seated in the correct seat...high pressure can blow one or more out of the seat...beyond that the rings might be swollen depeding on the lube used

wear a glove and eye pro when doing that. i'm guessing you charged it with full pressure if you cant blow it by hand which could be as high as 6-800 psi of liquid co2. avoid the chance of frost bite
