Most Mil sim game hosts will not only have a ammo restiction but a High cap restriction aswell to maintain the realism eg. Border Wars 3 No HIGH CAPS. If you start depending on a 300+ round mag and never reload in the field or under fire you will probably have a hard time. Reloading quickly and smoothly is an art and requires practice, and it sucks getting shot because your fumbling around with your mags.
