If you go lipo route I believe there is also some special material that RC guys use to prevent lipo batteries from exploding/setting fire to their planes.
I believe it was some sort of fabric or fire retardant mesh that you could wrap around it. Anyone else ever see these or heard of them? I was only passing by the information and didn't actually look too deeply into it.
