Yes, same thing.
One factory is in Japan, the other is in Taiwan.
KSC = Japan
KWA = Taiwan
Basically, cheaper labor = lower QC = higher lemon rate.
But if it works, it is the same. (Some times there will be some seam lines that are not cleaned properly)
